Club Service

• Have at least 5 events to bring members together (other than weekly meetings), including:
• Halloween
• Dinners for 8
• Tuesdays in the Plaza

Community & Environment Service

Support food security, health and education programs, environmental stewardship, and senior services through targeted projects

• Expand partnerships with local nonprofits, schools, and service organizations to broaden our reach.  (2 new partnerships)
• Continue to support local needs by allocating significant fundraising dollars to impactful community projects
• Organize at least 12 “Rotary at Work” service project that brings hands-on Rotary service into the public eye
• Apply for and steward at least one District Grant for community impact.

International Service

• Continue our commitment to global causes, including health, education, and peace initiatives.

Youth, Education & Vocational Service

• Expand support for local students — including scholarships and mentorship opportunities.

Membership & Fellowship

• Grow our club’s membership back to at least NET 70.
• Host/Have several outreach events to encourage prospective members to learn about Rotary.

Rotary Foundation & Global Causes

• Educate on Foundation and ways to donate
• Increase our club’s contribution to the End Polio Now effort through community initiatives like Green Hair Day and other fundraisers.

Communication & Public Awareness

• Enhance our club’s online presence by maintaining our website and expanding use of social media.
• Increase press coverage to raise awareness of our projects and impact within the community
