Scholarship Program

The Rotary Club of Healdsburg Scholarship Program
Through the Rotary Club of Healdsburg’s Scholarship Program, we focus on supporting the continuing education of our local youth. The Scholarship Fund is administered by the Board of Directors of the Healdsburg Rotary Foundation. Under the Board’s direction two committees operate the fund. One committee is charged with financial management within the guidelines laid down by the Board. The second committee is responsible for screening, interviewing and selecting our award recipients.

What kind of Rotary Scholarships are awarded?

We have two types of Scholarships:

  • Academic: Given to a High School graduating senior entering a four-year University.  Scholarships are renewable for up to four years.
  • Vocational: Given to a High School graduating senior entering a one or two-year vocational program at a community college or a trade/technical school.

How many Scholarships does the Program give each year?

We typically award several scholarships to High School graduating seniors each year.
